We have got some incredibly exciting news to share with you about our host. Before we get to the big announcement, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to each one of you for sticking with us through thick and thin.
We know that the constant issues with the network have been frustrating, but our host has been working tirelessly to make things right, and we are thrilled to let you in on the secret of what’s to come!
They have been on the move, searching for the perfect place to serve all of us better without issues. And today, we are delighted to announce that they signed a deal with a datacenter partner to create a new home for Mellow Services!
In this new datacenter, they will be taking full control of the environment, ensuring stability, reliability, and lightning-fast connections. There will be no more depending on others, we could not be more excited!
We understand that change can be unsettling, but we promise this move is for the better. From August 10th to August 14th, 2023, our servers will be physically moved to a new location. We are aiming for minimal downtime during the transition.
“But what does this have to do with me and my services?”
Great question, there will be a maintenance window from August 10th to the 14th, this does not mean constant down time, only short temporary down time as servers are transferred and other network maintenance occurs. We do not have a specific time frame yet, however on August 10th there will be a prolonged period of downtime while the servers are moved. We will update you when we have more information on the time frames. This will be a large upgrade to our services and will present new opportunities for Mellow Services in the near future. We want to thank you for your patience and continued business, our company relies not only on the team, but on you, the customer. Without you, this would not be possible. So, we thank you for all your support!
