Job Details
Your objectives are to:
- Provide exceptional customer support for gaming platforms, including Minecraft, FiveM and others.
- Maintain professionalism in assisting users with technical issues related to the Pterodactyl panel and Linux.
- Ensure effective communication and proficiency in using Office 365 products.
- Possess a working microphone and provide a reachable phone number.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to Mellow Services
- Keep customers informed about ongoing issues and deliver regular updates to ensure they stay in the loop.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with users, maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Collaborate with our team to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
- Utilize Office 365 products for efficient documentation and communication.
- Ensure proper use of Office 365 tools in day-to-day tasks and reporting.
- Create contents for events and make a report for the outcome
Skills & Experience
- Ability to work well with a team of diverse backgrounds and experience on challenging projects
- Develop program/plan that will allow Nbase to target prospects in new and effective ways
- Passion to learn, give and receive feedback, and want to level-up your knowledge and skills in programming
- Fluency in one or more programming languages

- Age 16 and above
- A functional laptop and mobile smart phone
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in writing and communication.
